Hey Everyone! Hope y’all are doing well…

This is a weekly challenge – “FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION” Tag! 

I have been nominated for this by blogger friend Richa(iScriblr), thanks a lot dear. For all of you who follow her would agree with me- her blog is full of entertaining facts, weekly stills, poetry, inspiring quotes & much more and for the rest of you who are yet to explore her blog, do so right now- just head over, you will be amazed by the talent exhibited….

Coming back to the weekly tag challenge- it’s always a fun-filled drill, gives different views/perspective by fellow bloggers who participate on a particular topic decided. So, making it even more interesting, providing insight to the tag in forms of expressions like words and pictures making it unique 🙂

 My take on the topic:

“Beauty is power; a smile is its sword.”  -John Ray

Wow….the above quote beautifully sums up my view on beauty. That’s the power of ‘SMILE‘, it makes you beautiful, adds beauty to life!!!

A smile is nothing but reflection of a contented soul, a joyful moment, a little practise that brightens up your face and conveys warmth to others…The best stretch everyone should follow for mental fitness 😉

One of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)- “Smile, it’s Sunnah”

Smiling (the most powerful gesture) is a wonderful habit and the most easy way to kick off  negativity and stress. Smile often, it spreads positivity and also makes you feel really good internally! Greeting someone familiar or even a stranger with smile is the best courtesy one can follow because you never know how your smile can make someone’s day!

Simply expressed -After our hectic day at work, we all love to come back home to meet our family members, see those smiling faces and we feel so fresh and energised- it elevates our mood. That’s the real beauty- nothing but a genuine smile!!!

Smile is the most beautiful thing in life, always in fashion 🙂
